Paragons get alot of heat for not doing things as well as other classes, but damage reduction is where it is at. With GFTE, Focused Anger, and Aggressive Refrain your energy never runs low; all you need is leadership to get the energy back. Once you have your energy spam engine going just put in whatever else you want: There's Nothing to Fear, SYG, ToF, Save Yourself... it really doesn't matter. Go shout happy, your monks will love you. With some Searing Flames you roll around with 60%+ damage reduction and armor buffs at your fingertips. After Anet murdered the paragon they really turned them into godmode for most of the game; I can't complain.

You can do many things but I usually roam around with:
GFTE
SyG (Optional)
TNtF
ToF
Never Surrender (Optional)
Aggressive Refrain
Serpent's Quickness (Optional)
Focused Anger

No rez because I never needed it, but many of these skills are optional anyways. Just pop one out for your Sig of Cap, or rez if you are insecure. If those nasty vocal hexes are giving you trouble just put inspired hex on your SF, but I haven't run into too much trouble. This is a general PvE setup so there are going to be exceptions to every rule. Tweak the build around and i'm sure there are ways to utilize the paragon's energy engine to push pricey skills in different classes.
